Odisea Malbec2021
Odisea · Uco Valley
Notes of spicy peppercorn and chili chocolate over fresh, rich blackberries and blueberries. The juicy, full-bodied palate is tightly wound by firm, nicely chewy tannins, with a fresh, expressive finish. (Tasting note as printed on the sheet, credited to James Suckling.)
Pairs with: Barbecue ribs, meat pizza and beef tacos. Its fruity, rounded profile makes for relaxed pairings with grilled meats and slightly sweet sauces.

About Odisea
Odisea grows its vineyards at 1,060 meters (3,500 feet) in El Cepillo, Valle de Uco, Mendoza, just south of the Altamira geographical indication, on plain, deep-soiled terrain with a slight, south-facing slope.
