Brugnano · Sicily
Rich in colour with good intensity of aroma, reminiscent of ripe cherry, spices and cinnamon. Decisive on the palate with a pleasant freshness.

Winemaking
100% Nero d'Avola grown in the Partinico area at approximately 350 m above sea level, trained on espalier with Guyot pruning at a planting density of around 5,000 vines per hectare. Harvested in mid-September; after destemming the grapes macerate for approximately 6 days with repeated pumping-over and délestage at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Serve in medium-sized glasses at 16–18°C. The sheet gives its denomination only as "DOC", with no appellation name, so the field is left blank rather than published as-is. The fruit is grown in the Partinico area.
