Winemaking
100% Zibibbo grown in the Alcamo DOC area at 350 m above sea level. Hand-harvested into 14-kg crates during the second ten days of August, then gently destemmed and pressed in a fully protected environment. The must ferments at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, where it ages for approximately four months. Best served between 9 and 10°C.
About Brugnano
A family winery in Partinico, in the province of Palermo in northwestern Sicily, continuing a winemaking tradition of more than fifty years and now run by brothers Francesco and Giuseppe Brugnano. Its vineyards lie on hilly terrain between 300 and 600 metres, spanning the Monreale and Alcamo DOC zones.
