Boada · D.O.P. Rueda
Straw-yellow color with greenish tints, clean and bright. Enticing fruity aromas of the Verdejo variety (green apple), with the Sauvignon Blanc contributing tropical fruit notes (passion fruit, pineapple, mango) and the Chardonnay lending a touch of papaya and pineapple. A dry, fresh wine with an elegant, flavorful body and lively acidity. Long, balanced finish that invites another glass.
Pairs with: Ideal as an aperitif and with all types of shellfish and fish. Perfect with rice dishes (paellas), fried foods and Japanese cuisine.
