Winemaking

Grown on Silex Sparnacien soil (flint, clay and limestone) in a cool continental climate. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, aged 6 months in stainless steel vats and 600L French oak barrels. Co-managed by Pascal & Denise Gitton.
