An organic Prosecco Spumante, straw yellow with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose is genuine, sharp and refined, with several fruity and flowery notes. On the palate it has a pleasant, lingering tactile carbonated feel, with an appealing harmony between acidity and the sugary part, anticipating excellent length and persistence.
Pairs with: Aperitif with assorted appetizers, fish dishes, pasta dishes, risottos with vegetables, white meat

Winemaking
Grapes come from the Provinces of Treviso, Padua, Belluno, Venice and Vicenza for the Veneto Region, and the Provinces of Gorizia, Pordenone, Trieste and Udine for the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region. Accurately harvested Bio-Vegan Glera grapes reach the cellar, where they are transformed into must for primary fermentation, followed by decanting stages to clarify the wine ahead of the foam-formation stage. The sugar needed for foam formation is added to the base wine before it is placed in an autoclave, where secondary fermentation takes place to reach the required overpressure. Must be stored in a cool and preferably dark place; top aromatic freshness is released within the first year of bottling. Serve at 4-6°C. Packaged in 75cl customized bottles, in boxes of 6.
