Light straw yellow with greenish reflections, very bubbly with a persistent perlage. A harmonious, balanced, fine and elegant scent, where fruity notes of green and golden apple stand out, followed by floral notes, and are pleasantly rediscovered on tasting.

Winemaking
Grapes come from the provinces of Treviso, Padova, Belluno, Venezia and Vicenza in the Veneto region, and the provinces of Gorizia, Pordenone, Trieste and Udine in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region. The wine is obtained from selected, healthy grapes through 4-day whole fermentation in steel tanks; after “spumantizzazione” in temperature-controlled autoclaves using the Charmat method, it is filtered and decanted with isobaric technique, then bottled. For the second fermentation, the base wine is sterile filtered, then the necessary sugars and selected special yeasts are added and it is placed in an autoclave to re-ferment until the desired bar pressure is reached. Serve at 4-6°C. Packaged in 75cl Elegance bottles, in cases of 6; magnum also available. The denomination permits up to 15% of Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio, Pinot Nero vinified as white, Verdiso, Bianchetta Trevigiana, Perera and Long Glera alongside the Glera; all the grapes are harvested in the producer's own vineyards.
