Relatos del Callejón Cabernet Sauvignon2020
Callejón del Crimen · Uco Valley
The wine offers aromas of red fruit, with spicy notes and touches of tobacco from the oak ageing. Delicate and complex on the palate, with good structure and well-integrated tannins; balanced, with a persistent finish.
Pairs with: Asado de tira, grilled flank steak and a beef burger with aged cheese. Its structure and spiced notes complement fatty cuts and charred flavors.
