Winemaking
Fruit is sourced mainly from Monterey County, whose warm sun, cool fog, ocean breezes and complex soils suit Pinot Noir, with a small component from Mendocino added to round out the blend and provide riper fruit elements. Produced under the direct winemaking oversight of David Duckhorn and Ryan Weinert. Aged 8 months in American oak. Alcohol 13.5%. pH 3.37. Total acidity 0.54 g/100ml. Residual sugar 0.61 g/100ml.
