Pairs with: Butter-poached lobster, baked salmon and Parmesan risotto. Its fruit and creamy character suit oily fish and rich sauces.

Winemaking
100% Chardonnay. Fruit is sourced across California (North Coast, Lodi and Central Coast) and blended each year so the style stays consistent. Neutral-barrel ageing gives the wine its touch of vanilla without overt oak.
About Weinhorn Estates
Weinhorn Estates is a collaboration between first cousins David Duckhorn and Ryan Weinert, both natives of Napa Valley, California. The winery produces the Et Cetera range of approachable, everyday varietal wines, sourcing fruit from California regions such as Monterey County, Mendocino and Sonoma.
