Crystalline in appearance, with a defined citrine color and light greenish tones. Distinctly aromatic, dominated by tropical and exotic fruit and citrus blossom, with added complexity. Fruity and fresh on the palate, with notable volume, harmony and persistence.
Pairs with: Ceviche, garlic shrimp and goat cheese salad. Its freshness and herbaceous notes suit citrus-driven and lighter dishes.

Winemaking
Produced by Global Wines S.A. in Carregal do Sal, Dão, Portugal; winemaker Isabel Escudeiro. Vinification: total destemming, gentle pneumatic pressing, natural static clarification and alcoholic fermentation at 15°C, followed by 2 months of bâtonnage in stainless steel. Total acidity 6.7 g/L, sugar under 3.0 g/L, pH 3.5. Recommended serving temperature 8°C. Contains sulfites.
