Winemaking
Produced by Global Wines S.A. in Carregal do Sal, Dão, Portugal; winemaker Isabel Escudeiro. Vinification: total destemming, gentle pneumatic pressing, natural static clarification and alcoholic fermentation at 15°C; matured in stainless steel tanks. Total acidity 5.6 g/L, sugar 5.5 g/L, pH 3.5. Recommended serving temperature 8°C. Contains sulfites.
