Winemaking
Produced by Global Wines S.A. in Carregal do Sal, Dão, Portugal; winemaker Isabel Escudeiro. Vinification: crush with total destemming, alcoholic fermentation at 26°C and prolonged skin maceration; aged in stainless steel tanks. Total acidity 5.6 g/L, sugar 6.0 g/L, pH 3.6. Recommended serving temperature 16°C. Contains sulfites.
