Intense ruby color and complex fruit aromas of cassis and cherry, with a delicate, subtle note of pepper and an underlying tone of vanilla and tobacco. Well structured on the palate, with a concentrated, long finish and soft, ripe tannins.
Pairs with: Grilled entrecôte, Angus burgers and beef ribs. Its structure and black-fruit character suit intensely flavored meats.

Winemaking
Vineyards: Maipú and Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza, Argentina. Harvest: hand-picked into 18 kg plastic crates. Winemaking: traditional, with cold maceration in stainless steel tank. Ageing: 6 months in French (80%) and American (20%) oak barrels. Serving temperature 18°C (63°F). Winemakers: Jose Spisso, Nicolas Ferreira.
