Pale pink with violet glints. White flowers, citrus and a note of red-fruit yoghurt on the nose. Delicate and refreshing on the palate, with balanced acidity and a harmonious structure; citrus and red fruit come back on the finish.
Pairs with: An aperitif, or cold dishes: white asparagus, seafood salpicón, grilled vegetables, beef carpaccio, fish and risottos.

Winemaking
90% Tempranillo with 10% Viura, hand-harvested from the family’s centenary vineyards in Rioja Alta. The fruit travels the short distance to the winery in low, wide 2,000 kg trailers so the bunches arrive whole and unoxidised. The juice is bled off directly at low temperature, then ferments in stainless steel at 16 °C for twenty days. Serve at 11 to 13 °C.
